Topwind Bird Control is an effective solution for windfarms to protect migrating birds. The system translates data from radars nearby the windfarm to start and stop commandos to the windfarm. Bird Control makes it possible for developers to trace the bird migrating and to stop the turbines to prevent bird casualties.

How does the system works?
The Topwind Bird Control System translates incoming data from nearby radars to a stop and/or stop advise for the windfarm. The systems processes the data in the algorithm, which takes multiple inputs into account such as light intensity. The systems acts on a pre-set score on which the windfarm shall stop and automatically restarts, if the set requirements allow it. This allows the windfarm to only stop when there is a certain amount of activity around the windfarm.
